on the ongoing research work under the AFREPREN/FWD Renewables and
Energy for Rural Development theme group.
- Consultative
identification of areas that need to be prioritized in policy
research.

on policy direction from the government. This will help provide
input in to future policy formulation, particularly the National
Biomass Energy Strategy.
- Establishment
of contacts for future networking.
- Dissemination
of AFREPREN/FWD findings to most energy sector stakeholders in Zimbabwe.
